Right of cancellation

Consequences of cancellation
In the event of a valid cancellation, each party shall return to the respective other party the services received and compensation for any capitalized use (for example interest) shall be reimbursed. If you cannot return the services to us or if you can only return them in part or only in a degraded condition, you must in this respect pay us a value replacement. The obligation to reimburse payment must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the time period begins with the dispatch of your notice of cancellation and for us with its receipt.
Special notice
For a service, your right of cancellation expires prematurely if your contractual partner has begun the execution of the service with your express approval before the end of the cancellation period or if you have initiated it yourself.
Legal validity
